These terms govern your use of the Direct Hire pre-launch website at directhire.work ("the site"). By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms.
1. What this site is
The site is a pre-launch information page for Direct Hire, a forthcoming marketplace connecting clients and service providers directly. The full platform is not yet live; features, timelines and launch details on this page describe our plans and may change.
2. The waitlist
- Joining the waitlist means you want to be notified when the platform opens. It is not an account, a booking, or a guarantee of access.
- You must provide accurate information (name, email address, and whether you are a client or provider).
- We may contact you at the email address you provide about the launch and, with your clear consent, related updates.
- You can leave the waitlist at any time by emailing info@directhire.work.
3. Launch terms
Full platform terms — including accounts, pricing, fees or commission structure, payments, verification and dispute handling — will be published before accounts open. Statements on this pre-launch page describe the intended launch model, not a final contract.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt it, harvest data from it, submit false information, or use it for anything unlawful.
5. Intellectual property
The Direct Hire name, logo and monogram, and all text, graphics and design on this site are our property (or used with permission) and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.
6. Third-party services
The waitlist form is provided through Google Forms and the site is hosted by Netlify. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The site is provided "as is" for information only. We make no guarantee about the launch date, final features, or availability of the platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this pre-launch site.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the project develops; the "last updated" date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be reflected on this page before they take effect.
9. Contact
